Are your nails handmade?

Yes! Every set is carefully handmade by Daja with attention to detail, quality and durability. Each design is created to make you feel confident, feminine and luxurious.

Are the nails reusable?

Yes! With proper application, removal and care, your Made by Daja nails can be worn multiple times.

What’s included in every order?

Every order includes: Handmade press-on nails, Alcohol wipe, Nail glue, Nail remover, Application & care guide, Nail file, Signature affirmation card and Cuticle stick

How do I know my size?

Made by Daja offers preset sizes XS, S, M and L.

If you’re unsure which preset size is right for you, you can use our Sizing Guide to measure your nails and find your best match.

For a more personalised fit, Custom Sizing is also available. After placing your order, you’ll be asked to email clear photos of both hands alongside a UK coin for size reference.

Do you offer custom nail sets?

Yes! Alongside our signature collections, we also offer fully custom nail sets.

If you’d like to change the shape, length, colours or design of one of our signature sets, we’d be happy to recreate it just for you.

Please note that customised orders will incur an additional design fee.

How long does delivery take?

Ready-to-ship sets will be dispatched as soon as possible after your order has been processed.

Custom and made-to-order sets require additional processing time. The estimated processing time will be stated when ordering.

Once dispatched, estimated UK delivery times are:

Standard UK Delivery: 2–4 working days

Express UK Delivery: 1–2 working days

Delivery estimates begin after dispatch.

Do you ship internationally?

Not at the moment.

For now, Made by Daja ships within the UK only.

How long do the nails last?

With proper application and care, your Made by Daja nails can last up to two weeks.

Every set is made using high-quality, durable products that Daja personally tests and wears herself.

Can I return my nails?

Standard and ready-to-ship sets may be returned in accordance with your statutory cancellation rights, provided they are unused and meet the conditions outlined in our Returns Policy.

Custom, custom-sized and personalised sets cannot normally be returned simply because you’ve changed your mind, as they are created specifically for you.

If your order arrives faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, please contact us so we can resolve the issue.

Can I request changes to one of the collections?

Absolutely! If you’d like one of our signature designs in a different shape, length or colour, we’ll do our best to recreate it for you.

Please note that changes to a signature collection become a custom order and will be priced accordingly.

What if my custom design can’t be recreated exactly?

Every custom set is handmade, so while we will always do our best to recreate your vision, slight variations may occur.

This is what makes every Made by Daja set unique.

What’s the difference between Signature Collections and Custom Sets?

Signature Collections: Our original Made by Daja designs, created exactly as envisioned.

Custom Sets: A completely personalised design, or a modified version of one of our signature collections, created just for you
